John joined HPI in 1990 and helped foster a collaborative environment where teams focus on serving the client in the highest of regard. John has brought leadership to the design of countless built senior living communities across California.

As of 2023, John has formally retired from his Principal role, yet continues to provide support and mentorship for the next generation of senior living leadership at HPI.
