Project Description:
Rio San Gabriel Elementary School located in Downey, CA serves students TK-5th grade. The project scope includes a comprehensive modernization and addition to the elementary school campus including a new Main Entry and new Administration and Kindergarten Buildings.
Our approach includes successful implementation of a new Administration Building with a secured lobby that provides a single point of entry while creating a new school entry statement that enhances campus identity, the sense of arrival, and the architectural character of the school. Locate a new TK/Kindergarten Classroom Building and Play Yard that cohesively stitches within the overall campus site plan. Modernize and repurpose existing buildings to remain meet the educational program needs of the campus.
